SILLY ABC SENTENCES
Students listen to the Dr. Seuss’s ABC-An Amazing Alphabet Book! Students discuss the alliteration found in the story. Students come up with words that start with an assigned letter and put them together to make a silly sentence. Students then use a Pixie template to illustrate their sentence and type out the silly sentence they create. The Pixie project is then exported to an iMovie project where the students record their voice to narrate their sentence and illustration.

"PINKALICIOUS"
Students listen to the story “Pinkalicious.” Students choose a color they would like to turn into if they eat too many food items of a certain color. Using Pixie, students draw of picture of themselves as the color they choose. Students add food items of the same color by drawing their own favorite foods or by selecting/modifying existing food stamps from the Pixie Stamp Library. The Pixie project is then narrated and exported to an iMovie class project.
